    It all begins with a message or scheduled exploration call. Once received, our team works with you to understand your preferences, goals, and areas of interest for your trip before cultivating your ideal private tour.

  • STEP TWO: Mention Promo Code

    Share the promo code received to unlock your special discount. No code? No problem. As about discount opportunities and campigns.

  • STEP THREE: Choose Your Adventure

    Of our Signature Trips, select the one that speaks most to your impact goals so we can ensure your legacy building aligns with your passions.

  • STEP FOUR: Agreements and Deposit

    After meeting virtually to review your dates of travel, final itinerary, and financial agreement, we ask you to e-sign a contract before preparing you for the trip of a lifetime.

    Rest easy, as we know life happens and circumstances change, guests are given one opportunity to reschedule their trip. Rescheduled dates must fall within one year of the start of their originally booked itinerary.

    *$250 non-refundable deposit is required per traveler

  • STEP FIVE: Check Ins and Payments

    Your comfort is our absolute priority, so 30 days in advance of your travels, we share access to a video welcome series to set expectations and help you prepare.
